In the wake of their commanding series sweep against Pakistan, England’s cricket team has seen a significant boost in the latest ICC Women’s T20I Player Rankings, with several key players making substantial strides.
England effortlessly secured a 3-0 series victory against Pakistan on home turf. The series was highlighted by the stellar performance of opener Danni Wyatt, who topped the run-scoring charts with 94 runs, averaging 31.33.
Wyatt’s remarkable half-century was instrumental in England’s series sweep against Pakistan. Her performance was particularly noteworthy in the final match, where she scored an impressive 87 runs off just 48 balls. This feat propelled her six places up to the 16th spot in the T20I batter rankings.

Women’s T20I Batter Rankings
Wyatt’s teammate, Maia Bouchier, also made significant progress in the rankings, climbing seven places to tie for 23rd following her contribution of 42 runs in the series. Pakistan’s Aliya Riaz and Sidra Ameen also improved their standings, moving up to 53rd and 62nd respectively.
Women’s T20I Bowler Rankings
England’s spin duo, Sophie Ecclestone and Sarah Glenn, also saw their rankings improve following their exceptional performances against Pakistan. Ecclestone, who claimed five wickets in the series, solidified her position as the world’s No.1 ranked T20I bowler. Glenn, on the other hand, moved up to third place after claiming six wickets at an average of 7.16.
From Pakistan’s side, pacer Diana Baig made the most significant leap, moving up eight places to 46th in the T20I bowlers’ list after claiming four wickets in two matches against England.
