In the bowling rankings, India’s Varun Chakravarthy has slipped one position to third place, trailing behind New Zealand’s Jacob Duffy and West Indies’ Akeal Hosein. Despite the drop, Chakravarthy’s performances remain noteworthy. India’s presence in the top 10 is further bolstered by leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi and left-arm pacer Arshdeep Singh, who have secured the seventh and tenth spots, respectively. Axar Patel also features prominently, holding the 13th position.
On the batting front, young Indian left-handed opener Abhishek Sharma holds steady at second place, closely following Australia’s Travis Head, who leads the rankings. England’s Phil Salt occupies the third spot, while Indian talents Tilak Varma and Suryakumar Yadav are ranked fourth and fifth, respectively, showcasing the depth of talent in Indian cricket.
