ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2024: Media Accreditation Process Now Open
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially opened the media accreditation process for the Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2024, sponsored by Dream11. The tournament is set to take place in Abu Dhabi from 25 April to 7 May.
Media representatives are encouraged to submit their applications by 5:00 PM GST on Wednesday, 10 April 2024. The application process requires the submission of specific details and documents:
Upon approval of accreditation applications, the ICC will provide visa letters to media personnel, if needed. For visa letters and any other queries related to the media accreditation process and collection of accreditation cards, please contact Emmad Hameed (details below).
The tournament will feature 10 teams – Ireland, the Netherlands, Scotland, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Uganda, the United Arab Emirates, the United States of America, Vanuatu, and Zimbabwe. The matches will be held at the Zayed Cricket Stadium and the adjacent Tolerance Oval. The top two teams will secure a spot in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup to be held in Bangladesh later this year.
