India Women’s Cricket Squads for Upcoming Series Against South Africa Announced
Harmanpreet Kaur is set to captain India in all three formats against South Africa, with Smriti Mandhana serving as her deputy.
Batswoman Jemimah Rodrigues and fast bowler Pooja Vastrakar have been included in all three squads, but their participation is contingent on their fitness.
The tour will commence with a three-match ODI series, which forms part of the 2022-25 ICC Women’s Championship. The matches will be held in Bengaluru.

Fixtures for India’s Multi-Format Series Against South Africa in June Announced
The ODI series will be followed by a single Test match (28 June – 1 July). This will be India’s third home Test in less than a year, following matches against Australia and England at Wankhede last year. Chennai will host a women’s Test match for the first time since 1976 when West Indies played a Test against India.
The tour will conclude with a three-match T20I series (5-9 July) to be played in Chennai.
