Indonesian Prodigy Rohmalia Shatters T20I Bowling Record
Indonesia’s cricket sensation, Rohmalia Rohmalia, made a stunning debut by setting a new record for the best bowling figures in T20 International cricket, both in men’s and women’s categories.
The teenage off-spinner delivered a spellbinding performance against Mongolia in Bali, bowling 20 dot balls and taking seven wickets without conceding a single run. Remarkably, all her victims were dismissed for ducks.
Rohmalia joins the elite list of bowlers who have taken seven wickets in a women’s T20I, following Argentina’s Alison Stocks and Frederique Overdijk, both of whom had figures of 7 for 3.
