Nassau County Stadium to Host T20 World Cup Warm-Up Match Between India and Bangladesh
The newly inaugurated Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York is set to host its first cricket match, a warm-up fixture between India and Bangladesh, ahead of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024.
The warm-up match, the only one for the Asian cricket powerhouses before the main event, will be held at the 34,000-capacity stadium. Early access to tickets will be available to Nassau County residents, existing World Cup ticket holders, and fans who register for the pre-sale on Wednesday at 10:00 AM EST.
General ticket sales will commence on Thursday at 10:00 AM EST.

Usain Bolt, the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 Ambassador, along with cricket legends and New York sports icons, had a sneak peek of the new stadium last week.
The official schedule for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 warm-up matches, taking place from Monday, 27 May to Saturday, 1 June across the USA and at two venues in Trinidad and Tobago, has been released.
The final warm-up match between India and Bangladesh in New York will also mark the public debut of the newly built stadium.

Only one match at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium and one match in the West Indies will be open to fans.
Fans interested in pre-sale opportunities must obtain an access code. Nassau County officials will email pre-sale codes to County residents, while existing World Cup ticket holders will receive their codes via email from T20 USA, Inc.
