Pakistan v West Indies Scorecard
Seasoned spinner Nida Dar made history as the second player from Pakistan’s women’s team to achieve 100 ODI wickets, despite the team’s loss to the West Indies in a nail-biting match in Karachi on Sunday.
Dar showcased exceptional skills with figures of 4/52 in the match, taking her total in women’s ODIs to 103 wickets. The West Indies managed to chase down Pakistan’s score of 223, thanks to a boundary from Karishma Ramharack on the final ball of the match.
This victory allowed the West Indies to take a 2-0 lead in the three-match ODI series, earning them a crucial two points in the ICC Women’s Championship (IWC) race.

The West Indies seemed set for an easy victory with Stafanie Taylor (73) and Shemaine Campbelle (52) on the crease. However, the game took a turn as wickets began to fall, and Dar took three quick wickets, leaving the visitors needing six runs from the final over.
Fatima Sana (1/49) claimed the wicket of Afy Fletcher in the second last delivery of the match, before Ramharack hit the final ball to the boundary, securing the West Indies’ victory.
Taylor was named Player of the Match for her outstanding half-century. Dar stood out with her bowling performance, joining her former teammate Sana Mir (151) as one of only 27 players to have taken more than 100 wickets in women’s ODIs.
