Sean Paul and Kes to Unveil ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 Official Anthem; Party Stand Tickets Soon Available
Grammy Award-winning artist Sean Paul and Soca sensation Kes are set to collaborate on the official anthem for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024.

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Trophy Tour has commenced in the Caribbean. Party-stand tickets for Caribbean fixtures will be available for purchase from 10am AST on Monday 15 April at tickets.t20worldcup.com.
With only 50 days left until the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 begins in the USA and West Indies, the official tournament anthem is being eagerly anticipated.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced that Sean Paul and Kes will be joining forces to create the official anthem for the tournament, which will be hosted in the West Indies and USA.
The anthem, produced by Michael “Tano” Montano, is currently in production and will be launched in the coming weeks, along with a music video featuring cameos from several renowned superstars.
Sean Paul, a Jamaican dancehall artist, philanthropist, and record producer, has received numerous accolades, including a Grammy Award, Latin Music and Billboard Music Awards nominations, an MTV Europe Music Award, and an American Music Award.
Kes, the lead singer of Kes the Band, is known for his contributions to modern Caribbean music. He has performed with artists such as Will Smith, Major Lazer, and John Legend, and has collaborated with Wizkid and Snoop Dogg.
Sean Paul expressed his excitement about the project, stating that he is honored to record the official anthem for the T20 World Cup and is looking forward to working with Kes.
Kes also shared his enthusiasm for the project, emphasizing the power of blending cricket and music, and expressing his eagerness for everyone to sing along to the worldwide anthem.
Party-stand tickets for World Cup matches will go on sale on Monday 15 April at 10h00am AST at tickets.t20worldcup.com, with prices starting at just US$25.
ICC General Manager, Marketing and Communications Claire Furlong expressed her excitement for the upcoming tournament and praised Sean Paul and Kes for their contributions to the official anthem.
ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 Tournament Director Fawwaz Baksh also shared his anticipation for the tournament, highlighting the upcoming launch of the official tournament anthem and the availability of party-stand tickets.
